Responsibilities

• Set up and prepare electronic poll pads and related equipment at polling locations.
• Assist poll workers with the proper use and operation of poll pad equipment.
• Troubleshoot basic technical issues and provide on-site technical support.
• Ensure poll pads are functioning properly throughout the voting process.
• Assist with connectivity, equipment, and voter check-in issues.
• Follow all Fulton County Elections procedures, policies, and security requirements.
• Maintain the confidentiality and security of election equipment and voter information.
• Complete required documentation, equipment checks, and closing procedures.
• Report technical issues that cannot be resolved to the appropriate election supervisor.
• Work collaboratively with poll workers, election officials, and other election staff.
• Perform other election-related duties as assigned.
