Job summary

Way to Win is a resource and strategy hub; the Political Associate will support the Political Department with research, internal communication, scheduling, and reporting, reporting to the Director of Political Strategy. The role offers broad exposure at the intersections of politics and philanthropy and opportunities to gain experience across grants and campaigning.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Some experience in political or social justice organizing preferred.
• Candidates who do not meet requirements will be considered for a Political Assistant position.

Responsibilities

• Assist the political team with scheduling and reporting.
• Manage Salesforce database for Political Department.
• Serve as a point of contact for current and prospective grantees, communicating needs to internal and external contacts.
• Coordinate logistics for team events and donor meetings.
