Job summary

Reproductive Freedom for All is seeking a Political Associate to work with the political team on endorsements and campaign liaison activities during elections. You will support state campaigns with strategies and help monitor and produce materials for electoral work.

This role is hybrid in Washington, DC, reporting to the Senior Political Director. It is a full-time, non-exempt, union position requiring strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Four-year college degree or demonstrated critical thinking and research skills.
• 1-3 years’ work experience required; advanced degree may substitute for up to two years.
• Experience working on campaigns and/or familiarity with the electoral process.

Responsibilities

• Track and evaluate candidates seeking endorsements and PAC contributions with strategic recommendations.
• Serve as liaison between candidates, campaigns, and the organization across departments.
• Build relationships with political parties, elected officials, campaign staff, consultants, and other PACs.
• Collaborate with the finance department to ensure timely PAC contributions and maintain budget records.
• Maintain data and records, track endorsements, and prepare briefings for senior leadership.
