Who We Are Looking For:
Every day, Cambia’s dedicated team of Public Affairs Specialists is living our mission to make health care easier and lives better. As a member of the Public Affairs team, our Public Affairs Specialists are responsible for leading the day-to-day operations and strategic planning of our corporate Political Action Committee (PAC). The position develops and implements fundraising strategies to strengthen Cambia’s political resources that align with the company’s legislative goals. Additionally, the candidate will support the advocacy efforts of the Federal Affairs and State Affairs teams through policy research and the successful execution of in-person and virtual events with policymakers on priority issues. This position requires a pro-active, detail-oriented individual who can work independently on multiple projects – all in service of creating a person-focused health care experience.

The Political Affairs Specialist would have a bachelor’s degree in Political Science, Government Affairs, Business or related field and a minimum of 5 years of experience in communications, non-profit management, marketing, event planning, government relations, PAC management, political fundraising or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Work Environment:
The expected hiring range for a Political Affairs Specialist is $91,800.00 - $108,000.00 depending on skills, experience, education, and training; relevant licensure/certifications; performance history; and work location. The bonus target for this position is 10%. The current full salary range for this role is $86,000.00 to $141,000.00.
