Job summary

CONFIDENTIAL JOB OPPORTUNITY is seeking dependable production staff for machine operation, robotic polishing, and quality inspection on a 12-hour shift with overtime.

Shifts run 5:00 AM–5:00 PM at $17.50/hour and 5:00 PM–5:00 AM at $18.50/hour, Monday–Friday. PPE (steel-toe footwear) is provided, and safety procedures must be followed. Ideal candidates are punctual, detail-oriented, and able to meet quotas during long shifts.

Responsibilities

• Operate production machinery and robotic equipment used to polish silverware and hardware components
• Use polishing equipment to remove spurs, burrs, and excess material from metal parts
• Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet required specifications and quality standards
• Monitor equipment and the polishing process for consistent product quality
• Meet established production quotas for each product and assigned shift
• Follow production instructions, safety procedures, and quality requirements
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

We are seeking dependable production associates for a hands-on manufacturing position involving machine operation, robotic equipment, metal polishing, and quality inspection. Candidates must be able to work a 12-hour shift and required overtime.

Schedule & Pay

1st Shift
5:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Monday - Friday
$17.50/hour

2nd Shift
5:00 PM - 5:00 AM
Monday - Friday
$18.50/hour

Overtime is required as needed.
