Job summary

CoWorx Staffing Services is seeking a Grind and Polish Operator for 1st and 2nd shifts in Charlestown, NH. You will operate grinding and polishing equipment to produce precision components meeting exact specifications and quality standards.

The role requires attention to detail, the ability to work independently or with a team, and a willingness to learn. Training is provided if needed, with room to grow within a supportive organization.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred; training will be provided for motivated candidates who demonstrate the ability to learn and succeed.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high quality standards.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
