Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous manufacturing, production, assembly, or machine operation experience preferred.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks with a high level of accuracy.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Comfortable using microscopes, calipers, and other measuring instruments.
• Ability to identify and solve basic production issues.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
• Two years of related experience preferred, but not required.

Responsabilidades

This is a hands-on bench position responsible for operating equipment used to grind and polish small metal components, inspecting finished products, and ensuring all parts meet quality and customer specifications. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy working with their hands, take pride in producing quality work, and are comfortable performing repetitive tasks in a manufacturing environment.

Location: Wilton, NH Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:30 PM Pay: Starting at $17.00/hour, with higher pay available based on experience
