Job summary

GreenSource Fabrication, a Whelen Engineering Company, is hiring a Manufacturing Technician in Charlestown, NH. Flexible shifts (1st-3rd and weekends) are available to fit your lifestyle.

You will receive training, gain technical skills, and contribute to precision PCB production on various shifts, with a competitive hourly rate and comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; vocational training preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of manufacturing experience is preferred.
• Hands-on/mechanical aptitude across trades (farming, construction, auto repair, machining, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing methods and production processes.

Responsibilities

• Operate department equipment; perform quality checks and preventive maintenance.
• Follow SOPs and maintain production guidelines/specifications.
• Follow safety guidelines for material handling and PPE; uphold EH&S standards.
• Keep workspace and production floor clean and organized.
• Create or download job programs for machines when applicable.
• Read, interpret, and maintain production records.

Job Description:

Looking for a career instead of just a job? We are seeking motivated individuals with strong work ethics to join the team at GreenSource Fabrication, a Whelen Engineering Company, in the Charlestown, NH area. As a Manufacturing Technician, you will receive training, develop valuable technical skills, and play an important role in producing precision printed circuit boards. Whether you're starting your career or bringing experience from another manufacturing environment, we'd love to hear from you. Opportunities are available on 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and weekend shifts, giving you flexibility to find a schedule that fits your lifestyle.

• 1st shift (M-F 6am-2:30pm) $18/hr
• 2nd shift (M-F 2-10:30pm) $19/hr
• 3rd shift (M-F 10pm-6:30am) $21/hr
• Weekend shift (F/Sa/Su 6am-6pm) $21/hr, Work 36 hours and get paid for 40.

Responsibilities:

• Operate all department equipment and perform quality checks and preventative maintenance.
• Adhere to standard operating procedures (SOP) and follow production guidelines/specifications.
• Follows established guidelines for safe material handling and protective gear. Adheres to environmental, health and safety standards at all times.
• Maintain a clean workspace and production floor.
• When applicable, create or download job programs to run jobs on machines.
• Read, interpret and maintain required records of production activities.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
• Regular attendance is an essential job function of this position.

Desired Background/Skills:

• High school diploma, GED or equivalent, Vocational Training preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of manufacturing work experience preferred.
• Must have hands-on / mechanical aptitude / trade (e.g. farming, construction, auto repair, machining, woodworking, etc.)
• Knowledge of manufacturing methods, systems, and production processes.
• Strong team orientation.
• Motivated, results oriented, customer focused, with a high commitment to quality.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
