Qualifications

• Must communicate in English to understand and follow instructions.
• Ability to multitask in a busy restaurant environment.
• Ability to stand and walk for an entire shift.
• Lift and move up to 50 pounds when needed.

Responsibilities

• Work a variety of hours, days and shifts, including weekends.
• Get along with others and be a team player.
• Transport dirty dishes to bus tub or dish room as per restaurant specs.
• Polish and stock all silverware, glassware, plateware and other service utensils.
• Maintain service stations throughout the shift and follow zoning and pars.
• Follow safety and sanitation guidelines and operate required tools safely.
