Summer House Chicago is hiring Polisher/Stocker staff to support the service team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. You will polish and stock silverware, glassware, and service utensils, assist with dishroom duties, and maintain clean, organized stations.

Qualifications emphasize working in a busy setting, English communication, and a team-first attitude. Weekend availability and physical stamina are required; training and benefits provided.

Qualifications

• Communicate in English to follow job requirements.
• Ability to multitask in a busy restaurant.
• Lift and move up to 50 pounds.
• Stand for entire shift and navigate stairs.

Responsibilities

• Work a variety of hours, including weekends.
• Be a team player.
• Transport dirty dishes to bus tub or dish room.
• Polish and stock silverware, glassware, and other service utensils.
• Maintain service stations throughout the shift.
• Follow safety and sanitation guidelines.
