The View, part of Union Square Hospitality Group, seeks a Polisher to maintain supplies and support the kitchen and service teams in New York. You will help stock china, glass, silver and linens, while contributing to a welcoming, hospitable dining atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Experience in a restaurant support role preferred but not required.
• English fluency; additional languages preferred.
• Ability to stand or walk for long periods.
• Ability to balance and carry multiple plates and lift up to 30 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Support a culture of Enlightened Hospitality.
• Multitask while maintaining a calm demeanor on and off the floor.
• Keep service stations stocked, organized, and accessible to Kitchen Service teams.
• Create a welcoming environment for guests.
• Communicate effectively with staff, management, and kitchen during service.

• Perform additional duties to support team objectives.
