Markent Personnel is seeking a polisher/deburring specialist for a manufacturing client. Candidates should have 3+ years of experience in hand finishing/polishing/deburring and a solid understanding of GD&T.

The role requires the ability to inspect close-tolerance parts and finish complex shapes with precision. The ideal candidate will operate hand buffers and polishers, deburr parts, and complete radii and surface finishing tasks to meet exacting specs.

Qualifications

• 5+ yrs experience in hand finishing/polishing/deburring
• Knowledge of GD&T
• Skilled with inspection of close tolerance

Responsabilités

• Perform hand-operated buffers and polishers to achieve a level of detail and perfection.
• Deburr parts and finish operations including radii and surfaces.
• Finish platform radii and platform surfaces, radius chords, polishing operations, and remove sharp edges as required.
• Work on parts with close tolerances and more complex shapes

Our Client is Seeking a polisher/deburring Position with our key Manufacturing Client. To be considered for this position, applicants will need a minimum of 3 Years experience in the field.

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform hand-operated buffers and polishers to achieve a level of detail and perfection.
• Must have work with deburring parts
• Must finish operations including sizing and finishing platform radii and platform surfaces, radius chords, polishing operation and breaking sharp edges as required.
• Must be able to work on parts that have closer tolerances and more complex shape.
