Job summary

Our Client is seeking a polisher/deburring specialist to join the manufacturing team. A minimum of 5+ years of hands-on experience in finishing, polishing, and deburring is required, along with a solid understanding of GD&T.

Candidates must be proficient at inspecting close-tolerance parts. Responsibilities include operating hand buffers, deburring, finishing radii and surfaces, and ensuring edges are properly broken.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of hand finishing, polishing, and deburring.
• Strong understanding of GD&T.
• Experience inspecting close-tolerance parts.

Responsibilities

• Operate hand buffers and polishers to achieve detailed finishes.

Job description

Our Client is Seeking a polisher/deburring Position with our key Manufacturing Client. To be considered for this position, applicants will need a minimum of 3 Years experience in the field.

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform hand-operated buffers and polishers to achieve a level of detail and perfection.
• Must have work with deburring parts
• Must finish operations including sizing and finishing platform radii and platform surfaces, radius chords, polishing operation and breaking sharp edges as required.
• Must be able to work on parts that have closer tolerances and more complex shape.

• Must have 5+ yrs experience in Hand finishing/polishing/deburring
• Must understanding of GD&T
• Must have skilled with inspection of close tolerance.
