Job summary

Our Client is seeking a polisher/deburring specialist in Connecticut. The role requires 5+ years of hands-on finishing experience and a solid understanding of GD&T. Applicants must be capable of inspecting close-tolerance parts and delivering high-precision finishes.

Responsibilities include operating buffers and polishers, deburring, surface finishing, and ensuring edges are properly broken to meet specifications.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years experience in hand finishing, polishing, and deburring.
• Understanding of GD&T and geometric tolerancing principles.
• Skilled in inspection of close tolerance parts.

Responsibilities

• Perform hand-operated buffers and polishers to achieve detailed finishes.
• Deburr parts and finish radii, platform surfaces, and edges as specified.
• Handle parts with close tolerances and complex shapes.
• Support sizing, radii and surface finishing steps as required.

Job description

Our Client is Seeking a polisher/deburring Position with our key Manufacturing Client. To be considered for this position, applicants will need a minimum of 3 Years experience in the field.

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform hand-operated buffers and polishers to achieve a level of detail and perfection.
• Must have work with deburring parts
• Must finish operations including sizing and finishing platform radii and platform surfaces, radius chords, polishing operation and breaking sharp edges as required.
• Must be able to work on parts that have closer tolerances and more complex shape.
