Job summary

KLA Industries, in Portland, CT, seeks a skilled polisher/deburring professional for our manufacturing client. The role requires hands-on use of buffers and polishers to achieve high-detail finishes and strict tolerances.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience in field (per job post).
• 5+ yrs experience in Hand finishing/polishing/deburring (per requirements).
• Understanding of GD&T needed.
• Skilled with inspection of close tolerance parts.

• Finish operations including radii, platform surfaces, and edge breaking.

Job description

Our Client is Seeking a polisher/deburring Position with our key Manufacturing Client. To be considered for this position, applicants will need a minimum of 3 Years experience in the field.

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform hand-operated buffers and polishers to achieve a level of detail and perfection.
• Must have work with deburring parts
• Must finish operations including sizing and finishing platform radii and platform surfaces, radius chords, polishing operation and breaking sharp edges as required.
• Must be able to work on parts that have closer tolerances and more complex shape.

• Must have 5+ yrs experience in Hand finishing/polishing/deburring
• Must understanding of GD&T
• Must have skilled with inspection of close tolerance.
