Job summary

Our Client seeks a skilled polisher/deburrier to join a precision manufacturing environment in Connecticut. The role focuses on hand-operated buffers, deburring parts, and finishing surfaces to tight tolerances while maintaining radii and edge-breaking requirements.

Candidates should have strong GD&T knowledge and experience inspecting close-tolerance parts, with at least 3–5 years in hand finishing/polishing.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience in polishing/deburring
• 5+ years experience in hand finishing/polishing/deburring
• Understanding of GD&T
• Skilled with inspection of close tolerance.

Responsibilities

• Perform hand-operated buffers and polishers to achieve a level of detail and perfection.
• Must work with deburring parts.
• Finish operations including sizing and finishing platform radii and platform surfaces, radius chords, polishing operation and breaking sharp edges as required.
• Work on parts that have closer tolerances and more complex shape.

Job Responsibilities:

• Must have work with deburring parts


• Must finish operations including sizing and finishing platform radii and platform surfaces, radius chords, polishing operation and breaking sharp edges as required.


• Must be able to work on parts that have closer tolerances and more complex shape.
