LEV Restaurant Group in Las Vegas is seeking a Polisher to maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the dining areas through stocking, polishing, and organizing supplies. The role supports the front-of-house operations by ensuring glassware, china, and utensils are ready for service.

Ideal candidates will have a High School Diploma or equivalent and prior stock clerk experience. This is an on-site position with potential for varied shifts and growth within a dynamic hospitality group.

• Ability to lift and carry loads as part of stocking duties.

Responsabilidades

• Stock shelves, racks, tables and service stations with new or transferred supplies.
• Receive, open, unpack and stock restaurant supplies.
• Polish all glasses and silverware to be used in the dining room.
• Restock dining room with china, silverware, glassware, utensils, condiments and linen.
• Maintain adequate supplies in the work stations when dining room is open.
• Fold napkins and make extra place settings.
• Take inventory or examine merchandise to identify items to be reordered or replenished.
• Other job duties assigned.

Job Summary:The Polisher is responsible for helping to create and maintain quality experiences by maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the restaurants.Essential Job Functions; include but not limited to:Stock shelves, racks, tables and service stations with new or transferred suppliesReceive, open, unpack and stock restaurant suppliesPolish all glasses and silverware to be used in the dining roomRestocks dining room with china, silverware, glassware, utensils, condiments and linen, andMaintains adequate supplies in the work stations when dining room is openFold napkins and make extra place settingsTake inventory or examine merchandise to identify items to be reordered or replenishedOther Job duties assignedPhysical Requirements:Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time.
