SUMMARY
Polishers are responsible for the polishing of all manufactured goods by flowing the product at the pull of the customer. They are responsible for the inspection and quality of the Lancaster product.

QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or equivalent, or equivalent related experience. Basic knowledge of computer operation. Prior experience in production or manufacturing, and use of hand production tools, strongly preferred.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English. Ability to effectively communicate with coworkers, managers, customers, etc.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and interpret bar graphs.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
COMPUTING SKILLS
Basic knowledge of computer operation. Must have basic familiarity with computer and software systems such as email, database, and data entry.
