Job summary

Novolex in Cedar Rapids, IA is hiring for a Sub Assembly role. The position operates Monday–Friday, 7:00 am–3:30 pm in a climate-controlled environment, with an increasing pay progression based on months of service.

The ideal candidate will polish stainless steel, read blueprints, and adjust polishing heights and speeds on polishing jacks to meet finish requirements. High School Diploma or GED is required.

Job Description:

Looking for an individual that has experience polishing stainless steel. Must be able to read and interpret blueprints and other written instructions to perform the task at hand.
