Novolex is hiring for a Sub Assembly technician in Cedar Rapids, IA. The role focuses on polishing stainless steel parts to meet blueprint-specified finishes within a climate-controlled environment.

The ideal candidate will have a High School Diploma or GED and experience reading blueprints and using polishing tools. This full-time position offers a daytime Monday–Friday schedule and competitive starting pay with growth opportunities.

Job Description:

Looking for an individual that has experience polishing stainless steel. Must be able to read and interpret blueprints and other written instructions to perform the task at hand. Must understand different polishing finishes and know how to adapt to meet finish requirements. The successful candidate must have experience using polishing tools and understand how to set heights and speeds on a polishing jack.
