Qualifications

Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly upon arrival and guide them to tables, offering menus and information.
Escort guests, manage seating flow, and acknowledge special requests or occasions.
Handle reservations, walk-ins, waitlists, and notes using SevenRooms.
Answer calls promptly with reservation hours, menus, and events information.
Coordinate communication between guests, service staff, and management.
Maintain a clean and organized host stand and entry area.
Contribute to pre-service meetings with guest notes and updates.
Assist with opening/closing duties and side work as needed.
Support guest needs throughout service and communicate effectively with team.
