Job summary

Mexican Sugar in Plano, TX is seeking a dedicated MS-Bus Staff to maintain dining room fluidity and support the front-of-house team. This full-time role focuses on cleanliness, smooth table turns, and seamless service during busy shifts.

You will assist servers and bartenders, manage stations, restock supplies, and ensure compliance with food safety standards. The ideal candidate is physically capable, safety-certified, and prepared to contribute to a premier dining experience.

Qualifications

• Must have physical stamina to stand and move across the dining room for extended periods.
• Able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs and handle service trays safely.
• Possess or obtain local/state food handler and alcohol safety certifications.
• Commitment to compliance verification via the E-Verify program.

Responsibilities

• Buss and manicure guest tables to maintain a clean dining area.
• Polish glassware and silverware to restaurant standards.
• Assemble and disassemble work stations; replenish ice wells and stock.
• Support servers and bartenders with timely food and beverage delivery.
• Operate in compliance with safety regulations and hygiene checklists.
