Job summary

The Mexicano | Chandler is seeking energetic Bussers to support servers, keep the dining room clean, and ensure tables are ready for guests. You will contribute to a fast-paced, guest-focused environment with a collaborative team and a strong emphasis on service quality.

Responsibilities include setting up dining areas, clearing and resetting tables, handling service support, and maintaining sanitation. A Food Handler Card and reliability are required to ensure smooth operations across shifts.

Qualifications

• 6+ months experience in a high-volume restaurant environment preferred.
• Strong communication and multitasking skills.
• Positive attitude and team-first mentality.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Prepare dining areas before service, including setting silverware, napkins, tableware, and condiments.
• Clear and reset tables quickly and efficiently.
• Remove used dishes, glassware, and utensils throughout service.
• Replenish table settings and guest-requested items as needed.
• Assist with delivering food and supporting service when necessary.
• Serve as a communication link between Front of House and Back of House teams.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant.
• Follow all health, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Communicate guest needs and requests to the appropriate team members.
