Job summary

Facility Innovations Group is seeking a skilled Concrete Finisher to deliver high-quality commercial concrete work across Arizona, including Phoenix projects. This on-site role requires strong finishing skills and a commitment to safety and craftsmanship.

You will work on outdoor sites, follow project plans, and collaborate with crews to meet schedule and quality standards. A minimum of 3 years of experience is expected, with valid driver’s license preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of concrete finishing experience in commercial construction.
• Knowledge of finishing techniques, tools, and best practices.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.

Responsibilities

• Finish concrete surfaces according to plans, specifications, and quality standards.
• Apply finishing techniques: troweling, broom finishing, edging, joint finishing.
• Ensure proper elevation and surface consistency from layouts and grade controls.
• Keep surfaces level, smooth, and ADA compliant where applicable.
• Inspect work and address imperfections before completion.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites; work with field crews to stay on schedule.
