Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year housekeeping/cleaning experience.
• Able to read, write, spell, do basic math, speak and understand English.
• Able to make responsible choices and decisions, and act in resident’s best interest.

Responsibilities

• Provide consistent & quality work to residents and staff.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area and cleaning cart.
• Follow job routines and instructions according to the housekeeping schedule.
• Assure resident apartment and laundry are clean and sanitized as scheduled.
• Maintain inventory for daily needs & notify supervisor of supply issues.
• Assist in keeping all common areas neat, clean and safe.
• Follow the daily schedule to ensure all tasks are accomplished in a timely manner.
