Welo Data is seeking detail-oriented Polish-speaking Data Labeling Analysts to support speech and voice AI systems. This onsite role focuses on producing high-quality, well-structured data to power real-world AI models across multiple cities in the U.S. (Bay Area, Seattle, NYC, and more).

Qualifications

• Native-level fluency in Polish.
• 1 year of work experience in data labeling, annotation, or content-focused work; or a Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and apply guidelines consistently.
• High attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in repetitive tasks.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI model outputs and provide structured, high-quality feedback.
• Perform audit-based reviews of data and model behavior; identify patterns, edge cases, and failure modes.
• Apply guidelines thoughtfully and flag when they don’t reflect real-world scenarios.
• Contribute to improving evaluation frameworks, not just executing them.
• Identify trends in model performance and communicate insights clearly.
• Document findings in a clear, concise, and actionable way.
