Job summary

Welo Data is seeking detail-oriented Data Labeling Analysts to support speech and voice AI systems. You will work onsite to evaluate AI model outputs, provide structured feedback, and maintain high-quality data annotations for Polish language data.

This full-time role requires strong judgment, exemplary attention to detail, and the ability to follow complex guidelines across repetitive tasks, with 40 hours per week in on-site locations across the Bay Area, Seattle, NYC, or client sites.

Qualifications

• Native-level fluency in Polish.
• Strong written communication and language fundamentals.
• 1 year of work experience in data labeling, annotation, or content-focused work; or a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and apply guidelines consistently.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in repetitive tasks.
• Comfort working in structured, process-driven environments.
• Ability to manage time effectively and maintain steady output.
• Willingness to ask questions and elevate when needed.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI model outputs and provide structured, high-quality feedback.
• Perform audit-based reviews of data and model behavior — identifying patterns, edge cases, and failure modes.
• Apply guidelines thoughtfully — and flag when they don't reflect real-world scenarios.
• Contribute to improving evaluation frameworks, not just executing them.
• Identify trends in model performance and communicate insights clearly.
• Participate in team discussions, calibrations, and stakeholder syncs.
• Partner with leads and cross-functional teams to refine quality standards.
• Document findings in a clear, concise, and actionable way.
