Welo Data in the United States is seeking Polish-speaking Data Labeling Analysts to support speech and voice AI systems. This onsite role focuses on producing high-quality, well-structured data and requires strong attention to detail and reliable execution.

You will evaluate AI model outputs, perform audits, and document findings. Candidates should have native Polish, 1 year of related experience or a related degree, and be willing to work full-time on-site in major US cities.

Qualifications

• Polish language fluency at native level.
• Strong written communication and language fundamentals.
• 1 year of work experience in data labeling, annotation, or related field, or a Bachelor’s degree.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and apply guidelines consistently.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in repetitive tasks.
• Comfort working in structured, process-driven environments.
• Basic familiarity with AI, speech technology, or language data is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI model outputs and provide structured, high-quality feedback.
• Perform audit-based reviews of data and model behavior—identifying patterns, edge cases, and failure modes.
• Apply guidelines thoughtfully and flag when they don’t reflect real-world scenarios.
• Contribute to improving evaluation frameworks, not just executing them.
• Identify trends in model performance and communicate insights clearly.
• Participate in team discussions, calibrations, and stakeholder syncs.
• Document findings in a clear, concise, and actionable way.
