Qualifications

• Polish language at C1/C2 level and fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer enquiries via telephone, email, and live chats.
• Support customers on behalf of Imperial from Greece and coordinate remote support.
• Assist with relocation as part of the onboarding process.
