Mercier Consultancy is seeking a Czech-speaking Customer Service Agent to support customers on behalf of Imperial. This full-time role is based remotely in Greece with relocation assistance available.

You will handle inquiries via telephone, email and live chat, delivering high-quality service to international customers. Candidates must be fluent in Czech (C1/C2) and English, hold an EU passport, and reside in Greece or be willing to relocate.

Qualificações

• Czech language at C1/C2 level, written and spoken.
• Excellent English language skills.
• EU passport and eligibility to relocate to Greece.
• Resident of Greece or willing to relocate with relocation package.
