Qualifications

• Must have C1/C2 level of French, both written and verbal.
• Your native language and nationality must be clearly listed in your CV/Cover Letter.
• You must have a valid EU passport.
• You must be living in Greece or willing to relocate with relocation support.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer enquiries via telephone, email, and live chats.
• Support Imperial customers remotely from Greece.
• Deliver high-quality customer service while coordinating relocation as needed.
