Mercier Consultancy in Greece is seeking a Polish-speaking Customer Service Agent to support JT's customers. This is a remote role based in Greece with relocation considered.

You will answer inquiries by phone, email and live chat, delivering professional, friendly service while maintaining high standards.

Full-time, 40 hours per week with a relocation package and private health insurance.

Formación

• C1/C2 level of Polish (written and spoken) required.
• Native language and nationality must be listed in CV/cover letter.
• EU passport required.
• Willing to relocate to Greece; relocation package offered.
