Job summary

Piedmont Global, a Strategic Globalization Organization (SGO), seeks Polish Language & Culture Instructors for onsite roles at NFATC in Arlington, VA. The positions end on August 15, 2026, and local relocation is required.

Instructors will deliver Polish language classes and related cultural instruction, both onsite and remotely. Applicants should be native or near-native Polish speakers with strong teaching credentials and ILR level, plus experience with proficiency-based assessments and hybrid

Qualifications

• Educated Polish speaker with ILR level (S-4 or higher) desirable.
• 3+ years teaching Polish to adult learners, two or more students.
• 3+ years using proficiency-based or task-based curricula.
• 1+ year administering Polish proficiency-based assessments (DLPT/OPI or similar).
• Basic computer skills and experience with online meeting tools; hybrid teaching experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct Polish group language classes onsite and remotely.
• Use established materials and coordinate with LTS and instructors.
• Assess progress and provide feedback; adapt techniques to learners.
• Conduct progress assessments to evaluate learning outcomes.
• Create a respectful, student-centered environment with constructive feedback.
• Maintain online classroom through NFATC LMS.
• With COR approval, participate in non-classroom activities in DC area.
