Welo Data is hiring native Polish speakers to support Speech & Voice AI projects through data labeling, annotation, transcription, and language data processing. This is a full-time, onsite role across multiple US locations.

As a W2 employee, you will label and annotate speech data, assist with transcription, and help maintain high-quality datasets for AI training. Authorization to work in the US is required; visa sponsorship is not offered.

Qualifications

• Native-level Polish fluency.
• 1+ year of data labeling, annotation, content review, or related experience OR a Bachelor's degree.
• Strong communication and attention to detail.
• Ability to follow guidelines and work in a structured environment.
