Job summary

FHI 360, through the US Government-backed America First Global Health Strategy (AFGHS), manages a growing portfolio of polio and global health security initiatives.

The Project Manager, Polio & GHS Management will work with technical and project leadership to provide direct project management and operational leadership across 20–25 countries, coordinating work plans, budgets, consultants, reporting, and timelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or international equivalent in a relevant field.
• 8+ years of experience in project management.
• PM Certification preferred; experience with NGOs/government programs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate work plans, budgets, consultants, reporting and timelines for multiple countries.
• Monitor budgets and ensure compliance with policies and donor requirements.
• Coach and manage project staff; ensure quality, efficiency, and compliance with policies.
• Develop and implement process improvements and best practices for project execution.
• Communicate with funders and stakeholders to report progress and outcomes.
• Travel 10–25% as required.
