Job summary

We are currently looking for a Policyholder Services Associate to join our team!Our Policyholder Services department maintains files, processes change requests, and provides status updates for all in-force policies within Americo's administrative systems, in accordance with State and Federal guidelines.

• Process in-force policy requests
• Prepare accurate written correspondence to policy owners and agents
• Create disbursements and financial transactions in accordance with policy processing guidelines
