Qualifications
- JD degree required and admitted to the Florida Bar (or eligible to waive in).
- Proven track record of securing substantial insurance recoveries and navigating high-stakes litigation.
- Portable book of business and ability to generate new client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Represent policyholders in complex insurance coverage disputes, including first-party property and business interruption claims.
- Advise clients on commercial general liability, D&O, E&O, fidelity, and securities liability policies.
- Negotiate and structure insurance policies to maximize coverage and protection for clients.
- Lead litigation and settlement strategies, including bad faith claims and multi‑party negotiations.
- Collaborate to build a profitable and sustainable insurance practice.
