Job summary

KBR is seeking a Policy Team Lead in the Northern Virginia area to manage a team delivering policy support to the CIO for a government customer. You will direct contractual, technical, engineering, and administrative efforts, brief leadership, and serve as the main government-facing contact on technical execution.

The role requires TS/SCI clearance, PM experience, and a degree in a technical field with 8+ years of experience.

Qualifications

Current and active Top Secret / SCI clearance required.
Four years of experience as a project manager.
Experience producing strategic papers, options analyses, and executive briefings.
Experience guiding portfolio/program performance and resource planning.
Experience with acquisition/procurement strategy and vendor management.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, data analytics, software engineering, or related technical field with 8+ years of experience.

Responsibilities

Lead the execution of contractual, technical, engineering, programming, maintenance, and administrative efforts.
Brief leadership on program progress, status, and milestones.
Serve as primary interface to government customers on technical and project issues.
Maintain understanding of the mission and impact of program changes.
