Job summary

KBR seeks a CI Team Lead to direct a government-facing IT team in the Northern Virginia area. You will manage contractual and technical tasks, communicate progress to leadership, and coordinate with a government CIO customer to ensure mission support for Counterintelligence.

The role requires a TS/SCI clearance, years of IT program management experience, and strong leadership skills to drive milestones and deliverables for complex defense projects.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret / SCI clearance.
• 4+ years of experience managing IT/O&M and IT enhancement projects.
• Experience producing materials for senior leaders (strategic papers, options analyses, executive briefings).
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, data analytics, software engineering, or related technical field with 8 years of experience.
• High school diploma with 12 years of experience or combined degree/experience qualification.

Responsibilities

• Manage and direct the contractual, technical, engineering, programming, maintenance and administrative efforts of the team.
• Brief leadership on program progress and milestones, status updates, and achievements.
• Serve as the primary interface with the government customer on technical execution and project issues.
• Supervise, manage, support and evaluate personnel.
