Job summary

KBR, Inc. seeks a Policy Team Lead to direct a contracts and policy-support team for a CIO-navy customer in the Northern Virginia area.

You will oversee contractual, technical, and programmatic activities, coordinating with senior leadership and government contacts to manage milestones and risk. The role requires a current Top Secret/SCI clearance, senior-level portfolio oversight, and strong briefing skills.

Qualifications

• Current and active Top Secret / SCI clearance.
• Minimum four years of experience as a project manager.
• Experience providing materials for senior leaders (briefings, options analyses).
• Experience overseeing portfolio/program performance and resource planning.
• Experience with acquisition/procurement strategy and vendor management.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, data analytics, software engineering, or related field; 8+ years experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage and direct the execution of contractual, technical, engineering, programming, maintenance, and administrative efforts of the team.
• Brief leadership on program progress, status, and milestones.
• Serve as the primary interface to government customers on technical and project issues.
• Maintain awareness of the customer’s mission and potential impacts to that mission.
