Job summary

Responsibilities

• Receive communication from insurance companies and respond accordingly.
• Provide courtesy notifications to clients with late payments.
• Assist clients with servicing existing policies (beneficiary changes, policy updates, etc.).
• Update database with policy changes and client contact information.
• Coordinate with financial institutions and insurers for collateral assignments.
• Process policy suspensions due to military deployment and reinstatement.
