EPIC Insurance Brokers & Consultants is seeking a detail-oriented policy servicing associate in the United States. On-site in New Castle, PA, you will manage client policy servicing tasks, respond to insurer communications, and ensure accurate updates to client records.

A high school diploma is required, with strong MS Office (Outlook/Word) skills preferred. Role offers comprehensive benefits and potential bonuses; PTO, holidays, and family leave are among the noted perks.

Responsabilités

• Receive communications from insurance companies regarding clients’ policies and respond.
• Provide courtesy notifications to clients with late premium payments.
• Assist clients with servicing existing policies (beneficiary changes, ownership changes, bank changes, duplicate policy requests).
• Process Agent of Record changes and coverage reductions.
• Handle lapse and reinstatement, death claims, and policy suspensions/reinstatements.
• Update databases with policy changes and client contact information.
• Communicate with clients’ financial institutions and insurers for collateral assignments.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Receive communication from insurance companies regarding our clients’ policies and respond accordingly

Provide courtesy notifications to clients whose premium payments are late

Assist clients with servicing of existing policies, including:

Beneficiary and ownership changes

Bank changes

Duplicate policy requests

Agent of Record changes

Coverage reductions

Over-age policy conversion

Lapse and reinstatement

Death claims

Update database to reflect policy changes and changes to client contact information

Communicate with clients’ financial institutions and insurance companies to process collateral assignments of life insurance policies

Process policy suspension due to military deployment and reinstatement from suspension

Provide high-quality customer service to established clientele

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

High School Diploma or equivalent required

Preferred Skills

Ability to multitask and balance demanding workload in a fast-paced environment

Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Outlook and Word

COMPENSATION

Compensation will be determined based on factors such as experience, skills, training, certifications, education, internal equity, and market data. This role may also be eligible for bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package.
