Job summary

Auxis is seeking a detail-oriented Policy Services Support Analyst to join our Policy Services Support Team. You will handle accurate data entry from audit results for insurance clients and support back-office operations to ensure timely, compliant processing.

Key responsibilities include processing policy information, maintaining line-by-line accuracy, collaborating with the Audit and Underwriting teams, and delivering reliable customer service across multiple systems.

Qualifications

• 2 years of back-office and data entry experience.
• Experience using 3–4 systems simultaneously in a high-volume environment.
• Excellent computer skills with MS Office proficiency.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely and accurate data entry of policy information according to requirements.
• Process work items submitted by the Audit team accurately.
• Monitor inbox, categorize requests, and route to appropriate queues.
• Research, verify, and confirm information before tasks are completed.
• Process policy changes including endorsements and cancellations.
• Collaborate with departments to meet deadlines and maintain quality standards.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to security policies.
• Utilize multiple systems (HRIS, CRM, ticketing, knowledge base) efficiently.
