Job summary

Partner Company seeks a Policy Processing Representative in the United States. You will review submissions, endorsements, renewals, and other policy documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

This role blends policy administration, data entry, customer service, and underwriting support, working with underwriters, brokers, and management to resolve issues and maintain data integrity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in business, technology, insurance, or related discipline.
• Experience with core business systems and applications is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication, with data accuracy emphasis.
• Proficiency in Excel; SQL knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review submissions, endorsements, renewals, and policy documents for accuracy and compliance.
• Populate underwriting applications with required information for rating and issuing policies.
• Bind and issue new and renewal commercial policies per procedures.
• Process endorsements, cancellations, reinstatements, and renewal notices efficiently.
• Assist with premium calculations and underwriting support as needed.
• Generate routine and ad-hoc reports and participate in process improvements.
