Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to work independently and with teams.
• Experience writing a wide range of documents and deliverables.
• Experience communicating with UCLA administrators, funders, policy makers and community reps.
• Knowledge of evaluation, datasets, grant writing and proposals.
• Strong organizational skills for multi-task programs with deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate studies and prepare contracts and purchasing documents.
• Liaise between project stakeholders and communicate progress and barriers.
• Support event logistics, presentations, website content, social media, and reports.
• Assist in data collection for federal and non-federal reports.
• Note-taking for meetings and general program operations.
