Job summary

Ent Credit Union, formed by the January 2026 merger with Wings Credit Union, seeks a Policy and Procedures Manager to lead its authoritative document program and oversee enterprise-wide documentation and governance.

You will collaborate with legal, compliance, risk, and business units to ensure policies meet regulatory requirements, maintain an efficient document repository, and drive standards across Wings and Ent operations through training and leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, English, Law, or related discipline (required).
• 7+ years' project or program management experience (preferred).
• 2+ years' experience with drafting policy, procedure, and/or technical writing (required).
• 1+ years' team leadership or supervisory experience (required).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business units to document policies and procedures.
• Meet with legal and compliance to understand regulatory requirements.
• Draft, update, and revise authoritative documents.
• Oversee electronic authoritative document repository and access controls.
• Provide training on policy program and document management system.
• Mentor staff and guide performance reviews.
