Job summary

Navigant Credit Union is seeking a Policies & Procedures Intern to gain hands-on experience in managing organizational policies within the RSA Archer IRM system. Qualifications

• Must be currently enrolled as a junior-level undergraduate student in a related field (Business, Finance, Risk Management, Compliance, Operations).
• Strong attention to detail with ability to review documents for accuracy and consistency.
• Excellent organization and time management skills to handle multiple tasks in a regulated environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication; interact professionally with internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support administration of the Policy & Procedure Management program within the RSA Archer platform.
• Coordinate document review and approval workflows; track routing and completion status.
• Maintain policy records with version control, updates, and archival processes for audit readiness.
• Review documents for formatting, consistency, and adherence to governance standards.
• Prepare documents for AI utilization by standardizing structure and tagging metadata.
• Perform quality checks to ensure accuracy and alignment with internal standards and regulatory expectations.
• Assist with organizing document libraries and proper classification in the system.
• Support policy lifecycle process improvement initiatives and basic gap analysis activities.
• Provide general administrative support to the Policy & Procedure Management team.
