Job summary

Civic Recruitment Limited is seeking an experienced policy and performance analyst for a 6 month contract with a Local Authority in New Hampshire. The role focuses on developing housing strategy, improving performance management frameworks and ensuring regulatory compliance.

You will lead research, analyse data, engage with stakeholders and translate complex information into practical recommendations to improve housing services and resident outcomes.

Qualifications

• Significant experience within a Local Authority, Housing Association, Registered Social Landlord (RSL) or similar public sector environment.
• Experience in policy development, performance management, research & analysis and service improvement.
• Strong understanding of housing policy, housing services and local government.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of Local Supported Housing Strategy.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory oversight and legislation.
• Conduct housing needs analysis and strategic research.
• Review housing supply, demand and demographic trends.
• Develop evidence-based policy recommendations and strategic plans.
• Support governance, risk management and compliance processes.
• Coordinate consultation and engagement activities with stakeholders.
• Prepare performance reports, service reviews and management information reports.
