Hope Services, a Silicon Valley nonprofit for disability inclusion, seeks a Director of Policy and Partnerships. The role shapes policy; builds high-level partnerships with corporate employers and higher education partners; and guides employer and education programs.

Reporting to the CEO, you’ll influence regional advocacy, staff the policy committee, and participate in executive-level strategy and growth initiatives.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in disability inclusion, equity, or related field.
• Experience crafting policy arguments and legislative advocacy strategies.

Responsabilidades

• Set and advance Hope Services' policy agenda aligned with strategy.
• Staff the Board of Directors' Policy Committee and prepare materials.
• Represent Hope with disability coalitions, policymakers, funders, and partners.
• Develop positions on state and federal IDD issues and track legislation.
• Build executive relationships with corporate, academic, and government partners.
• Supervise the Special Projects Manager and oversee program alignment.
• Lead organizational leadership tasks, budgeting, and staff development.
