Job summary

Welling Young, LLC in Dallas, TX is seeking a Compliance Analyst II to manage end-to-end policy form implementation, updates, and maintenance across company product lines. The role ensures forms are accurate, compliant with state regulations, and properly integrated into policy administration systems.

You will collaborate with underwriting, compliance, and IT teams to load, test, and track filings, while supporting audits and regulatory inquiries related to form compliance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in P&C insurance, with exposure to policy forms, filings, or compliance.
• Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent industry experience.
• Strong understanding of state insurance regulations and form filing requirements (admitted and/or surplus lines a plus).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel; experience with policy administration systems a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the implementation of new and revised policy forms, endorsements, and rules across assigned states and lines of business.
• Review filed forms for accuracy and ensure they align with approved rate/rule filings.
• Partner with underwriting, compliance, and IT teams to load and test forms within policy administration systems.
• Track state-specific filing requirements, effective dates, and mandatory form changes.
• Maintain organized records of form versions, filing history, and approval documentation.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies between filed forms and system-generated documents.
• Support form audits and respond to internal or regulatory inquiries related to form compliance.
• Collaborate with product and legal teams on form language updates, including regulatory-driven changes.
• Assist with the creation of form implementation guides and checklists for internal teams.
